Driver truble no sound and video refresh rate

Sorry if this is in the wrong place you can move it if you need to.

 

I'm running a HP pavilion DV6000(laptop), intel Centrino Duo 1.83 Ghz, 2 GB ram, windows Vista, Nvidia GeForce Go 7400, I got the JaS Mac os x 10.4.8 ISO and burned the disk with power iso, then I got a 250 gb usb external HD and installed tiger on it. It work but with a few problems I searched your forums and couldn't find anything helpful.

 

First The sound, It doesn't see that I have any output, I need the Conexant High Definition Audio Driver I think. Then I also have a problem with my video every time I move a window or scroll in a window it dose some wired stuff, It's really hard to enplane , the window starts to flicker and the picture leaves some spots frozen and other spots moving. I thought it might be the refresh rate but in the system preferences it says the the refresh rate is N/A. And the Last thing I'm having trouble with is my inter net is running supper slow I tried Fire Fox and Safari.
