jmicron controller problem?

i think it is that the leopard disc doesnt have the drivers for the jmicron controller, therefore, the dvd drive cannot report the dvd to install, and if i turn off the jmicron controller, then the ide drive wont be read, also i dont wanna buy anything besides the mac software, once the system gets running! and so we get the system config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist' error

the second option is to buy a usb-ide convertor, sata-ide convertor or a usb or sata dvd drive, which i dont want to do, since they dont use jmicron controller!

SO THE SOLUTION I THINK IS THAT WE NEED A PATCH OR DRIVER KERNEL FOR THE PATCHED LEOPARD DVD SO THAT IT COMES WITH A JMICRON IDE CONTROLLER DRIVER SO THAT THE IDE DRIVE I RECOGNIZED FOR INSTALLATION... ANY IDEAS? ALSO I TRIED to use the brazilmac leopard dvd to install leopard, i burnt the dvd on 4 different medias with different burning software, i doubt that it is the disc...

SO THANKS ALOT
