and install osx86 with no sda or sdb idsk just ata ide disk (hda)

how to have mac os x in grub menu ..working ?

1. Insert the diskette with fdisk, change the active partition to the partition with Windows on it.

2. Boot into Windows.

3. Install Acronis Disk Director Suite, install the OS selector.

4. Start OS selector, configure (follow on screen steps) it and restart your computer.

5. After the last reboot you should see a nice dual boot menu and should be able to boot OSX.

what 's +63 option ?

+63 just tells the bootloader to look slightly farther into the harddrive for the OS, I needed to do this after giving the deadmoo vmware image a larger harddrive to work on. I've just left my linux grub conf file with the +63 for chainloader after reformatting and installing native from a 10.4.3 DVD and it hasn't given me any problems.

definitively no.

first : there was xp ... (on my first sata disk)

after that, i change the hard disk boot order : ide disk first

after i use the dtk install dvd + jas patch on b81111 iso (great work !!) ... and install osx on my ide hard drive, everthing works fine (i use the built in partitionning tool for adjust to 20 and 40 gb this ide drive : hda )

After that i install linux on sata disk 2 ...

but grub can't launch mac osx ...

if i change the hdd sequence boot i can boot macosx ...

very strange

(thkx for your help , again)
