zer0blivion
I have this board and my sound works. I was even able to install it from a DVD that I patched using Transmac from Windows XP. I followed these instructions to patch the DVD http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...ble_Install_DVD After I installed my sound didn't work so I copied the AC97 kernel extensions from a Darwin 8.0.1 CD I had kicking around. To get my sound working I simply did the following Mount the Darwin 8.0.1 .iso From Terminal #sudo su #cp -RLv <Darwin ISO Mount point>/System/Library/Extensions/AppleAC97Audio.kext /System/Library/Extensions/ #cd /System/Library/Extensions/AppleAC97Audio.kext/Contents/PlugIns #kextload AppleAC97AudioIntelICH.kext Then try changing the volume, if it works, congrats. I didn't have to edit the Info.plist at all Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/741-new-egg-has-asrock-775dual-915gl-for-3720/#findComment-5049 Share on other sites
