Recommended Posts

So I finally managed to get my OSX disc to install onto my 80GB IDE HDD, all went well. Except when I try to boot it gets stuck here:

 

I am using Mac OS X v10.4.8 - JaS AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3 incl. PPF1.

If anyone could help me solve this problem, i would be very greatful.

I noticed i get two results when booting with and without my ethernet plugged in:

There is nothing out of ordinary in your screen shot (yeah, those warnings and stuffs are perfectly normal). And since loginwindow.app started, so it is very likely a display card driver problem. The disaply card drive should be loaded before Natit, but it would be hard for you to capture that part of the screen while its flying through, so you will probably have to look for it by yourself, and since I use nVidia cards all the time, so not sure which ATi driver should be loaded for your card, you may want to check out other threads here.

 

Once you have verified the correct display card's loaded, and if the problem persists. Try use different version of natit, titan or disable either of them all together, sometimes that helps.

Maybe I need to change something in my BIOS settings about my card.. hmm. Could my mobo's dual pci be doing it? ATI Radeon X800 GT should be compatible.
