Need Help : Hackintosh Build

First attempt was a quick one as my prior motherboard died. I bought ...

mboard : Biostar TForce TF7050

n-bridge : GeForce 7050PV

s-bridge : NForce 630a

cpu : AMD 64 X2 4000+

gpu : eVGA GeForce 7900GS

ram : 2gb DDR2 800

hd : 500gb Seagate 7200.10

Got my rig back up and running very well but never made any headway with MacOSX having all SATA hard drives. With the holidays upon us I want to pull the Biostar mboard and AMD 64 X2 for an HTPC and go with a more compatible mboard and cpu for my rig and to dual boot Leopard.

I really need some help on what to get.

I'm looking for a budget rig that will run Leopard with a realtively straightforward install. I thought that meant a P35 n-bridge but Lifehacker did a build using the 975X n-bridge stating it was most compatible. $180 for a mboard is steep for my wallet.

What motherboard would you recommend for this config?

cpu : Intel Core2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz

gpu : eVGA GeForce 7900GS

ram : 4 gb DDR2 800 (enough for Parallel?)

disc : WD 500gb Sata internal

mboard : ?

Possibilities....

Open Box: GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard $115.00

Open Box: ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP LGA 775 Intel 975X ATX Intel Motherboard $129.00

I could really use some help narrowing my choices.

I looked at many boards with the Intel 945 northbridge but I did not want to be limited to 2gb. I want to push windows to 4gb or more understanding that it may require upgrading to a 64 bit version of XP but I really wanted 4gb for Mac OSX in order to run Parallels.

Anyone else have ideas for a good motherboard? P35? 975X?
