chobOOO Posted November 28, 2007 Share Posted November 28, 2007 I just bought a new gateway t-1616 laptop from bestbuy and i installed mac os x jas 10.4.8 on my hp notebook and it worked fine, but this one on the disk util there are no hard drives shown. here are my tech Gateway T-1616 AMD Turion 64 X@ Mobile Technology TL-58 1.90GHz 1150mb RAM 32-bit operating system windows vista home premium\ 160GB 5400RPM SATA Drive ATI Radeon Xpress 1270 Approx Total Memory - 702MB i found some answers from the search results such as it cant be detected with SATA drives but my hp notebook had a sata drive and it worked fine. i used acronis disk director to resize my partitions and i loaded the mac dvd in and waited till the language selection screen. can anybody please help me out please? thanks alot!!
