Anyhow, here is a screenshot of what I get when I startup using the -v command from Darwin. Click for Screenshot. I did a fair bit of research on the forums before I posted here, so here's a rundown of what I've tried: Turning off Hyperthreading Switched hard drives over to the IBM SATA from the Promises Kicking the computer Patching the ISO with the AMD&SS2 Patch and reinstalling Screaming at the computer Going through the entire CMOS and switching everything about to what I think 'Compatibility Mode' should be (since this mobo doesn't have a preset for it) Pleading with the computer Tried installing the OS clean without first putting on WinXP I am sure there are other things that I've tried, but I've been going at this for two days now trying to sort it. After reinstalling a dozen or so times and seeing that scrolling screen, I have finally come to grips that that may require some assistance from someone with more knowledge on the subject than I. I have tried to install the JaS 10.4.8 Intel-AMD-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2 distro on a VMware virual machine, and it doesn't even load the intall screen, hoping that would give me some insight into the problem. I'm at a loss. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Am I missing something?
