InnerMonkey
I *think* these are prism chipset devices. I know that the wusb12 is a prism 2.5 and it doesn't work. I have one, and ended up replacing it with a DLINK g122 Rev.B1. I did some googling on the wusb11, and couldn't find anything saying that it works. It doesn't sound good....sorry. Potemkin
WUSB11v2.8 is Not based on a Prism chipset, but rather on an Atmel. Here is a table with all the revisions and the chipsets they're based on - http://kismac.de/_trac/wiki/WUSBVersions Still, none of the versions have any drivers for Intel Macs. The driver you would use on a PowerPC would be the D-Link DWL122 with some changes to the Info.plist. Otherwise.. Even if you had the right version, it still would not be compatible. You can, however, use Kismac with with v.2.5, so I suppose it's good for Something. John Poe
I've tried this but no luck.. it gives me a superclass error.. i think it's for osx 10.3 and im running 10.4. Maybe someone could compile it for 10.4.. http://dekstop.de/weblog/2006/10/linksys_wusb11_28_on_osx/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/7341-linksys-wusb11-v28/#findComment-426234 Share on other sites
