xenonsupra
I'll try to give you as much info as I know in order to help. I'm on a Dell Inspiron 600m Laptop. I've installed 10.4.6 using the JAS cd. I've got my ethernet network working by installing AppleBCM5701Ethernet.kext I have not yet got my wireless working. I'm not sure which wireless card it is. I am not dual booting windows, I only have OS X installed on this computer, so I can't load up device manager to check. I've searched around for the past few hours, trying everything I can find. It looks like its either an Intel 2100, 2200 (I tried the iwidarwin 2100 and 2200) and had no luck. The other option is a broadcom card, but I had no luck when trying to edit the IO80211Family.kext info.plist file either. I'm definitely new to this, and sorry for the noob questions, but I've been working on this by myself and had no luck all afternoon, so I'm reaching out to the community. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/73271-need-help-getting-wireless-working/ Share on other sites
