Update from image

Hello,

I been using the leo version that been in image form(using the dd.exe way)

I see that most of you all have some form of hard copy

mine is on a 15gb partition(well was)

my question is:

what would be the way to update to 10.5.1 the way my system sits?

bear in mind I'm very new to macs(The Idiot's if you so Please)

So far I managed to increase my partition size(thanks to this forum )
