Do Battle! YOUR CHOICE. Dual & QUAD CORE compatable Motherboard

Hello everyone

I've seen numerous topics on this board relating to motherboards, and the strong opinions some have about theirs!

 

For those of you using single, and dual core intel's with motherboards that are compatable with the quad core,

what are you using, why do you like it, and what makes it best?

I know many of us are using the BadAxe2, and quite a few are using the Gigabyte P35-DQ6. But lets hear it!! Your board model, your results with it, etc

 

I am going to build a new system, (in addition to the quad core with badaxe2 , 4gig memory, 256 GeForce 7900 last week)

from the results of this thread. I'll post a write-up on both systems when finished, with benchmark results, and step-by-step guide.
