X-tra Posted November 23, 2007 Share Posted November 23, 2007 Hey y'all, I was trying to update my mac JaS mac osx 10.4.8 to 10.4.9 with the Myanmar AMD update(I recall something with a Z in it just can't place it) or whatever it's called. Long story short it didnt work (froze a bootscreen, didnt get really far in diagnostics). So I reckon I'd reinstall 10.4.8 again. The weird thing is as soon as it starts installing it freezes, I tried Kalyway and JaS and the both froze in between the 5 and 10 percent. I tried several ways of formatting my HD but none were succesfull. My system specs.: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice Abit Fatal1ty AN8 Maxtor 160gb s-ata Ati X850XT Help would greatly be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
