flostonparadise
i recently just received CS3 premium from a friend. the steps in activating it is quite simple: install, open, drop applications into drop-box, and viola CS3 without the fuss! unfortunately i am currently running on OS 10.5.0 and the ipatcher wont work. when i drop the applications in the drop-box, it tells me that it could not fully patch the application. i scoured the internet and downloaded the latest ipatcher, but now when i try to replace the old with the new, a tab pops-up saying that it cannot be modified. i tried to manually change the permission on the file through disk utilities, but for some reason the option to change the permission is restricted. i desperately need help and would appreciate any suggestions thanks, f Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/72847-ipatcher-cannot-be-modifiedhelp/ Share on other sites
blackturtleneck
It seems that there is a couple of different versions of the final Adobe CS release requiring different patches. All the patchers look the same so you just have to download them all and try them.
