Risr
I'm running on a Dell E1505 notebook. How come my battery doesn't come up in the menu bar? When I boot it is set to boot to Tiger partition if nothing is done in 5 seconds. How can I change it to boot Leopard partition instead? The only I can boot successfully is if I do it in verbose mode. I want my notebook to be perfect. How can I get the boot screen instead? Any help is useful. I'm running on BrazilMac. The very first release after the official release from Apple.
BoBo
If I recall correctly the battery issue can be fixed with the proper AppleSMBIOS.kext. You should be able to change the active partition with fdisk. you can add -v as a default flag in com.apple.boot.plist under the kernal flags string.
