GarethUWE Posted November 22, 2007 Share Posted November 22, 2007 Today I finally got working my tiger on vmware server 2.0 beta Took a bit of fiddling, but it got there. I'm on a dell precision 340 2.4Ghz, with a gig of RAM. And holy god it's slow. Far too slow to be usable. So what I'm thinking now is...is it easy to get from where I am now to getting it going natively? I'm already running a dual boot system with XP and Ubuntu, so I've got all the right things in place. Obligatory screenshot to follow. One annoying thing with VMWare is when I full screen the workspace it traps my mouse inside, but I have dual monitors, so I can't do anything on the other monitor, including take a screenshot showing both monitors looking beautiful with XP on one side and Tiger on the other.
