mac.nub's 10.4.10 GMA900 not working

I installed mac.nub's 10.4.10 install DVD with GMA900 package but upon reboot GMA900 is detected in System Profiler but it says CI and QE not supported. Even after repair permissions same thing.

 

I ran DiaboliK's GMA900 Fixer and it fixed the CI/QE problem but I see a "warning" pop-up window really fast on my screen and it disappears. It shows everytime I boot up.

 

Any idea what's going on?
