ATI XPress 3200 (RD580)-MSI k9a platinum

I have MSI K9a Platinum with chipset ATI 3200 (RD580), SouthBridge ATI SB600,AMD Athlon x2 4200 processor (socket AM2) that supports SSE,SSE2,SSE3,x86-64 and 1 GB Kingston Ram/Memory....1 IDE Seagate 80GB and 1 Sata Seagate 80GB...the mobo supports crossfire...With HD 2600PRO Sonic (ATI) 256 MB Graphic Card through pci-e

 

I tried to install JAS 10.4.8 for AMD/Intel with SSE2 & SSE3 PPF1 & PPF2...when it boots on DVD doesnt go through; unfortunately stock-up...panic says:

 

BACKTRACE TERMINATED-INVALID FRAME POINTER 0X0

KERNEL LOADABLE MODULES IN BACKTRACE (WITH DEPENDCIES)...

 

Same problem with JAS & Tubgirl for AMD/Intel 10.4.9....

 

Same problem if i try to install on IDE HD or Sata HD (even if i removed one of them)...

 

Really, i am so depressed not to install this because i really want to have this OS on my system. As i have tried it already on my AMD Sempron 2800+ socket 754,asrock km800 mobo before and went very fine. But now that i upgrade my pc...doesnt work..i really thought it would be nicer and faster..

 

Please do help me please..I hope anyone here can tell me what to do...please...
