Hi, I just finished installing Mac OS X Leopard on my PC after a day and a half of tinkering, and I ran into a couple of hardware problems. My PC specs are:

Intel Core 2 Duo Something (SSE3)

ASUS P5L-VM 1394

ATI Radeon X1600 PCI-E

The problems are:

1) I don't think the drivers for the video card are installed because the display is a little laggy and sometimes shows some snags (like when dragging an icon from the dock, when the icon is "pulled" back, the display is somewhat distorted in that area for a few milliseconds). I can't find the driver for Leopard, though.

2) I have an onboard Attansic Gigabit ethernet card and Leopard cannot detect it. Can't find the driver, too.

So if anybody here can point me or show me the solutions to my problems, I would gladly appreciate it. :D

As far as i'm aware Attansic cards won't work. DaemonES has been working on a solution for a while now [see here], but nothing truly productive has come of it... Best 'solution' would most likely be getting a cheap network card which is known to work [refer to osx86project], such as a realtek card or similar, working NIC.

As for your graphics card, i don't really know how to help. I recommend you simply search the forums for your graphics card and see if anyone else has similar problems/a solution. Maybe other drivers would work better for you.

All the best,
