netforce Posted January 20, 2006 Share Posted January 20, 2006 ...so i've dove everything possible... i've formatted my disk to the apple format using diskpart.. then i've booted to the dvd. All i see is a bunch of text that usually occurs before the gray screen... but it does not boot the the gray screen. My system is a dell xps gen 3. It has a Pentium 4 560 cpu, with 2x 74.5gb WD Raptor drives in striped raid. I have installed an IDE drive that is to be used for the osx. I've used half of the drive for Windows Vista, and partition half for osx. I use the raid drive for XP. Any suggestions?
