indigoimac
Ok, so I'm going to have some RAM and a nice C2D coming my way and am thinking maybe a hackintosh is in order. I've got a HD and all the rest, but I need a mobo. There are about 4 of them on newegg w. integrated x3100... I am looking for one that will literally work straight out of the box... a little tinkering is ok, but as close to what apple is shipping out (or has shipped out) would be preferred. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813131197 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813135050 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813121093 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813121316 Also, another random question, does firewire disk mode work w. osx86? Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/71948-which-intel-mobo-w-x3100/ Share on other sites
delish
read the tread in drivers forum regarding difference with GMA 3100 and GMA X3100 G33/31 uses GMA 3100 not the X3100 version, so apples leo drivers wount work. indigoimac
Ok, I'm willing to kick down to GMA950... any good boards in that department? Especially one that will pretty much work completely seamlessly and is pretty cheap?
