vhaogan Posted November 16, 2007 Share Posted November 16, 2007 I tried to install efi_v50. When I use Terminal to backup mack_kernel, I received "Permission Denied" eventhough I had root password. I search many forums but found little info on this topic. This is on a clean install of Leopard. The last time something like this happened, I tried re-seting root password and yet Terminal still behaved the same way. I ended up reinstalling the OS. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
