Hey, this is my first topic, not that you care, but it's a shame it has to be one asking for help.

I had UpHuck 1.4i (10.4.9) installed on my Inspiron 9300 for probably a month, then decided I wanted Windows to be able to dual boot, because Counter Strike Source didn't run as well as hoped in Crossover (even with SATA working at full speed and QE/CI and everything). I tried the Chain0 method, whatever that means, but it didn't work. So I put grub in my boot.ini and made Windows XP my active partition.

From here, sometimes OSX wouldn't boot, with this error I'm having now, sometimes it would. Seemed kinda random. Now, it won't boot at all.

If the problem is OSX being the active boot partition, it is active when it boots, because I have GRUB setactive the partition that OSX is on every time I pick it from the menu.

The problem is that OSX boots past loading this HPET, ACPICPU, SSE3 emulator, Waiting for boot volume garbage, then it stops. The last 2 lines I see are

 Got boot device=IOService:/AppleACPIPlatformExpert/PCIO@01F,2/AppleIntelPIIXATARoot/PRI@0/AppleIntelICHxSATA/ATADeviceNub@0/IOATABlockStorageDriver/IOATABlockStorageDevice/IOBlockStorageDriver/Hitachi HTS541080G9AT00 Media/
BSD root: disk0s2, major 14, minor 2

I'm kinda lost, because most people either can't get this far, or make it quite a bit farther. Nobody seems to be stuck right here. Is my partition table bad? Boot sector corrupt? Remember that I did have it working before. Help pl0x
