Kernel panic while booting install from dvd

Hy i want to install "uphuck 1.4a" on my notebook but when i'm starting setup i get a kernel Panic:

My Notebook is a ASUS F3T with an AMD Turion TL60 and an Geforce Go7600 the mainboard chip is an nforce (4?)

 

PS: i have the "uphuck 1.4a" tested on my notebook with vmware under linux! There OSX works fine so i want to install it native on my system as second OS!

 

Please help me :-) !!

 

Ps: i'm a advanced pc user and apple (hackintosh) user! On my PC (Intel Core2Duo) all works sooo fine!
