bigosx86noob
i friend of mine told me that there was a way to be able to program your mac to be able to "throw" your desktop icons and have them glide and bouncing around. anyone heard of this? is it already out there? if it is not then does anyone feel up to the challenge to make it? thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/71288-bouncinggliding-desktop/ Share on other sites
Synaesthesia
Sounds fun, but what's the point? You'll just have trouble clicking on them (dammit, stay still! ) I heard about a screensaver in 10.0/early versions of OS X that had all the mac icons flying around and stuff...they took that out and I've never seen it. I'm curious about that... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/71288-bouncinggliding-desktop/#findComment-505815 Share on other sites
bigosx86noob
one of the things that we thought of was making a track for the thrown icons to go into the trash so all you would have to do was flick it over and it would go to the trash. other then that it just seems like lots of fun. Synaesthesia
Ok that's cool. I once had an add-on for iphone-style scrolling in cocoa apps, where you grab a piece of page and "throw" it. It was cool! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/71288-bouncinggliding-desktop/#findComment-506866 Share on other sites
