rh535 Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 I installed Mac.nub but when it restarts it comes to a screen where in the top left corner "_" and that is it. It just sits there and does that. Any ideas? MikeInNs Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 Make sure you partition your harddrive (using DiskUtility) as a Windows/Dos compatible partition (MBR) So when you boot of the the MacDotNub install DVD go to 'DiskUtility', select your harddrive. Click on the button called 'Options", and select the 3rd option. (Should say something like 'Windows/Dos'). Partition your harddrive again using these new settings and do the installation again. This worked for me. Good Luck! rei Posted November 13, 2007 Share Posted November 13, 2007 if you have an ati x1950xt, don't install the driver. install afterwards or else you get stuck at a blue screen.
