M. Carlson
Hey. I ran across your post in the process of trying to find newer drivers for a Zydas-based USB 2.0 stick, and thought I'd share the insights I've gathered. Atheros bought Zydas a while back, and simply gave the old Zydas products new model numbers in several cases. The AR5007UG was formerly the ZD1211B, and from what I've read, the driver package for the ZD1211B works with the Atheros AR5007UG, as it's functionally identical. Please take this with the caveat that I have not tried any of this, nor do I have an Intel-based machine. However, the most recent driver release, 4.5.7.0 is supposedly Universal Binary. Just do a Google search for Zydas ZD1211B and OS X and you should come up with a couple of download options. Happy experimenting
macgirl
No need to google, there are direct links from the Wiki page. @M. Carlson my 3COM Zydas Wifi is recognized on Vista as Atheros 5007UG, but in Mac OS uses the ZD1215 instead of the ZD1211 kext.
