fullmetalparka
I've been having lots of trouble trying to get Uphuck's 1.4a release running on my HP m7580n AMD desktop. I created a disk partition on my SATA drive (no ATA drive in my computer) with id=af and active set (all in Vista.) No volumes showed up in Installer, so I mosied on over to the Disk Utility. Every time I try to format the disks, the little spinny cursor thing (I do believe that is the technical term) just keeps on spinning. Spin, spin, spin... five hours later, spin, spin, spin. I decided to try Uphuck 1.3 Universal - and none of my disks were even recognized at all. Not in Disk Utility, System Profiler, or Installer. I'm thinking the problem is with my chipset - it's a GeForce 6150LE (yes, that is my chipset, not my graphics card .) Help would be greatly appreciated, I swear I'm going to chuck this out the window soon.
