Dual Boot Vista/tiger10.4.9 problem

so you created a partition with fat32. you have to go into disk utilities and select the "erase" option and erase the partition you set aside for installition. then you need to format that again with standard formatting, journaled option. and after that it will show up. don't worry i had the same problem!

alright... download partition magic 8, and format however big a space you want for the installation, select the fat32 and primary partition. then go into the install disk again and navigate to disk utls... and select the partition, erase it, and then format it with standard, journaled option... then install. if you have any other problems pm me

hi

am having the same problem i cannot choose a hdisk am using the same guide and also did the fat 32 option and still nothing

in disk utility my partitions are greyout but it reads them.

i have a new sony.

core 2 2.0 2gb memory 200 gb hd 8400 gt video

maybe i have the restore partition that restores my pc to its out of the box state.

the restore is partition 1

vista is 2

osx is 3 :(

 

any help is welcome
