so install went great. slow but we got there. i split my 2ndary HDD into 3 partitions. a 6gb FAT32 which i erased and formatted for the install, set on ACTIVE.. a second 10gb partition FAT32 for storage later on. and then the rest was un-allocated NTFS space from windows.

so on the first boot up of the new OSX i opened up the hard drive i installed on, then closed it. osx then froze and crashed after a minute, computer restarted and HDD has not been visible since... any help?

everything seemed to work great before it crashed. don't really know why this happened?

AMD 3800X2

Nvidia 7600GT

WD 250GB

so i was playing with things tonight... OSX will master boot if it is the only hard drive connected. but it will not recognize if i have my windows master and my osx hard drive connected at the same time. could jumper settings be the problem? they are both set to cable select?
