Question about the Final JaS ISO

So, there is a particular torrent on a green 'moid site titled:

 

Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2]

 

Now... my question is: Is this the final ISO that the wonderful JaS released before his retirement?

 

If not, can someone hint to me what it is called?

 

If that is the final JaS release, then does this ISO have the 8.8.1 kernel? Also, it says it has PPF1 and PPF2. Does that include the Disk Utility bug fix that was created by Defiant (bug documentation here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...38125&st=0).
