carbonated_ketchup Posted November 8, 2007 Share Posted November 8, 2007 Okay, So I have a laptop I bought last year, it's a good laptop but for unfortunate reasons I did not get the mac I wanted. I once was with someone who loaded mac osx on my laptop ( he found a torrent of the program) and it worked perfectly..except the sound and wireless drivers did not work because he could not find them. Because i used this computer for school i needed the wireless driver and so we switched it back to xp. I would like to retry the mac osx except me and the person who loaded it last time dont speak anymore. Is there anyone who can steer me in the right direction on how to do this myself? i looked at the instillation guids on wikipedia but am unsure as to which one to follow.
