Installing Tiger [Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2]

Hi there,

 

i having a few problems with installing Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2], i wonder if somebody could help me out

 

My config

E6600

4 gig ram

P5B deluxe

HD 320 gig sata

 

it fails to boot, i get the com.apple.boot.plist not found error, i have been looking arround and reading in forums and it seems that my Jmicron is the trouble maker, so my IDE DVD-Drive will not work with the darwin bootloader...

 

but i have found a solution http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=34938, there seems to be a patch, but the problem is i can't find that patch (no seeders or peers...)

 

so can somebody help me out with a link so i can download the patch and try to patch up my dvd .

 

Other Solution would be to install it true VMWare, is that a good solution?

Other Solution would be to buy a sata DVD-driver? should that do the trick?
