snelephant Posted November 4, 2007 Share Posted November 4, 2007 I want to restore a disk image that is stored on a network share. However, booting from the Mac.nub 10.4.10 DVD and using the Disk Utility, I am unable to specify the location of the network image in the "source" field under the restore option. Is it possible to access network resources using the Disk Utility during installation? If I click "image" to browse for available images, there is no network option in the sidebar. Perhaps I can type the URL to the share (which is located on a windows computer on my LAN?) Any insight would be appreciated.
