Leopard server, parallels and raid 0+1

I am trying to collect information before I do something silly or ....

Did do a search here and google but didn't find a good answer.

 

I would like to install Leopard server on PC Hardware ( tyan S2099 motherboard, with HW raid ), also I would like to run Parallels on that server to run windows with some specific services.

 

Basically my questions are.

 

Does parallels run with/under Leopard server?

If yes - if I install windows ( vista f.e ) on it, how does it share the network, can I still do some homing. f.e 10.x.x. 10 for leopard and 10.x.x.11 for windows?

or should I use a second network card.

I would like to run domino under windows.

 

What about raid, will use both the hardware raid set?

On the board there is a promise fasttrack 133 raid.

or should I use f.e apple sw/diskutil raid and let windows through smb/afp use that?

 

Does someone have experience with this?
