Scott V Saunders Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 Hi, This is a strange question but is it possible to install os x and have it boot from my ipod when its plugged into the usb of my pc? my ipod is the 60GB version so there is tonnes of space. if it can be done will it a) wreak my ipod and actually work. xplizid Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 my question as ive never looked into this method is after files are loaded and install is completed how do you revert back original ipod software will i need to reinstall with disc or downloaded file or can i simply press menu play button to reset? this is a 3generation ipod i am assuming it works as ive heard others with a 3gen do it.
