The ethernet adapter is the Intel 82562G. Let me know your sugestions. Thanks! bibendum Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 I don't know the specifics of your board, but most BIOS's show hardware IDs at POST just prior to boot - if you can delay- either by setting it to only boot from your empty optical drive or some such, you can take the time to write the info down and you never need Windows. xJoshx Posted October 31, 2007 Author Share Posted October 31, 2007 Yeah unfortunatly on this board it doesnt alow me to see that nor even get rid of the post image. I broke down and am installing windows am also going to try installing 10.4.3 as some people have had the ethernet working with that version... So then I could just copy the networking kext from the old install to 10.4.10 or just update one of the two. Still would be easier if anyone has this ethernet adapter working on thier install... If anyone has this running on their machine let me know would help out a lot.
