two mouse cursors leopard & GA-945GCM "ACL found but not expected"

I installed using the BrazilMac on a GA-945GCM (X)-S2.

 

Installed perfectly. With complete hardware support top to bottom. (Every 10.4.x distro I ever used required kexts for this board)

 

The only issues I am having are

 

1. At times I see 2 mouse cursors. One active and one just sitting there. Usually when I click on a window it goes away.

 

2. Disk Utility repair permissions always complains about "ACL found but not expected" in /System/Library/User/* , /System/Library, /Applications, /Applications/Utilities
