swilso
Hi just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the asus P5LD2-VM board which supposedly works quite well on OSx86, and the asus P5LD2-SE/C ?? I have been looking for a VM although the SE/C is the only one I have come by brand new, for $109 AUD (http://gamedude.com.au/prod_show.php?art_no=mbASp5ld2_se_c) I know SE means special edition but /C I have no idea, just wondering if it has the same onboard components i.e. lan and sound thanks all. e-rick
do not get the se/c, go for p5ld2, it has an alc882 sound chipset, which works brilliantly with OSX86. The ADI1986A is not so great. Only 2 channel, no input. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/68536-p5ld2-sec-different-from-vm/#findComment-487396 Share on other sites
