Os x 86 for Windows problems

Hello friends,

 

I just built the system Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz, 2GB Ram, ATI 1950 Video card, Gigabyte P35 chipset motherboard.

I tried to install OS Mac 10.4.8 but they said it had a problem"Waiting for The ROOT DEVICE..." and got stuck....and still keeping running same message.

 

Question:

1/ Can I install MAC OS first before Windows OS.????

2/ If I installed Vista OS, any problems for MAC later when I install MAC OS????
