JLowry
If you are installing leopard, and you don't see anything, or your backup light doesn't seem to work. Here's what Apple told me to do: I had to quit the install and restart back in Tiger. Then shut down the computer, turn it back on, and hold the C button. Once Leopard starts back up, go to Utilities, and Disk Utility. From there select your disk, and run disk check, then disk repair, then disk permission check, and disk permission repair. Once that was done they told me to restart (I'm sure you can just continue with the install from there, but this is what I did). I spent 30 minutes on hold, and then 30 minutes with tech before I could get it installed. I hope this helps someone else. I couldn't find anything on this. Wayfarer
Is it a blue screen you're seeing? I had that same problem.
