kerb
ok so after many tries with getting the partition right, i finally got uphuck's 10.4.9 dvd to install on my intel centrino duo (with vista dual boot). i installed the sse3 kernel, with no extra drivers, and a few apps like itunes, office, x11, etc... i rebooted and got the screen with the apple on it, but then it goes to a blue-ish screen and my hard disk light flickers for a little bit like it's trying to do something, but then stops and nothing ever happens. any ideas why that might be happening? sponkemonke
You might have the Intel GMA950. Post your system specs here and people would be able to help you. mrbonkers
u may need to install the driver through the disc. if you are using uphuck. i once encountered this problem. i just installed the driver patch and managed to load to the login screen. kerb
i don't know, like i said i already installed the 950 driver off the uphuck disc... is there any way to maybe manually reinstall the driver through the command line or something? since i'm not getting any errors, i don't even know how to go about troubleshooting this...
