G.S.
Hi, Recently i had to format my hd cause i didn't make the partition large enough to support all my media and {censored}. I tried resizing the partition with ipartition, didn't help. Now, what i tried doing is dedicate one full hard drive to my mac install. First off, i formatted my hard drive. now all i have on there is the EFI system partition and a whole lot of unallocated space. i tried to create a partition with diskpart. the only issue i'm facing is that it doesn't let me create a partition with the id=af arguement. It keeps saying that the arguement specified for this command is invalid. i'm not sure if its because of that EFI partition or not.Sorry i tried searching for an answer but as you might know, the search engine doesn't let me do that...thanks for any and all helpnvm got it. just so anybody else bumps into this problem, i formatted the whole drive, for some odd reason it wasn't reading as an mbr disk. so i coverted it to mbr and it all worked. lol shoulda thought of that earlier..
