Where/How can I add my hardware to the HCL

Hello,

This post is addressed to the admins of this forums:

I am an IT spec. and during my spare time I try testing the OSX86 releases on as much hardware as I can get my hands on.

 

Is there a way to update the HCL, with my new findings?

 

anyway, here are a couple systems configs that run :

 

System#1

Board: Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000Pro Rev1.0 (865PE)

CPU : Intel P4 Prescott 3.0GHz FSB800

Memory: 2x512MB Kingston DDR400 (1GB)

HD: 80GB WD800JB

k/b: Microsoft Desktop Pro USB k/b (PS/2 k/b not working!?!?!)

Audio: On-Board SoundMax AC97 (working), Creative Live! (not working)

Video: ATI 9800Pro 256MB running 1024x1280x32@85 (working w/o CI,QE)

(but how can I make it use CI/QE????)

DVD: LG 4167 DVD-RAM Writer (working) + Sony CD-RW (working)

Network: OnBoard Intel Pro/100 VE (82559)

System : 10.4.3 - 8f1099 maxxuss patched.

Running Maya 6.0/7.0, Freehand MX.....

 

System#2

Board: Gigabyte GA-8I865GVMK

CPU : Intel P4 Prescott 3.0GHz FSB800

Memory: 2x512MB DDR400 + 2x256MB DDR400 (1.5GB)

HD: 40GB WD400JB

k/b: Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard PS/2

Audio: On-Board SoundMax AC97 (realtek ALC655 codec) (working)

Video: Intel 865GV Extreme Graphics (working w/o CI,QE) default res.

DVD: NEC DV 5800 DVD-ROM (working) + LG 8526B CD-RW (working)

Network: OnBoard Intel Pro/100 VE (82559) (works, but crashes sys. profiler when trying to change, so can only change settings through Terminal)

System : 10.4.3 - 8f1111 maxxuss patched.

running Photoshop 7.0, Final Cut Pro 5....

 

System#3

Board: Gigabyte GA-8I915MDGV

CPU : Intel P4 630 2.8GHz 2MB FSB800

Memory: 2x512MB DDR2-533 (1.0GB)

HD: 120GB WD1200JB

k/b: Microsoft Wireless Desktop USB

Audio: On-Board SoundMax AC97 (realtek ALC655 codec) (working)

Video: Intel 915GV Extreme Graphics-GMA900 (working w/o CI,QE) default res.

DVD: NU Tech DRW164 DVD-RW (working)

Network: OnBoard Realtek 8110C GbE (working)

System : 10.4.3 - 8f1099 maxxuss Patched

no testing yet.

Just go to the wiki, create an account and login. On the HCL page click on "edit", search in the html code the section where you want to put your infos.
