Jamespopz Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 I did not expect this to happen, but once I installed a program beta called oovoo, my viao webcam was activated. I'm guessing that the software (first made for windows) might have fooled the os into thinking it was a camera connected via dv. Jamespopz Posted October 23, 2007 Author Share Posted October 23, 2007 Well first I must say that once I installed oovoo on mac, the web cam did work.....untill I restarted the computer, now I'm back to square one. Anyway...you can get the mac version of oovoo if you e-mail tech support and ask for a link to the beta version, they give you a download link and a username/password to begin the daowload.
