stradart Posted October 19, 2007 Share Posted October 19, 2007 Yes, I can't use my vista installation disk to repair permissions or anything else, as its a reinstall of the manufacture settings disk only. It erases the disk in totality and reinstalls vista as it was when I bought the computer... I have a bad feeling about this now... please don't tell me I have to re-erase the whole partition as I have installed tons of things and it works just perfecto, video, sound, wireless... all is fine... thanks again, sorry for the second post, I didn't know how to add to my first post...
