If you buy a qualifying Mac between October 1, 2007 and December 29, 2007, and it does not include Mac OS X Leopard, you’re eligible to get Leopard after it’s released for just $9.95 plus tax. Why would this program upset someone? Seems fair to me, although I'd rather pay nothing. My point is that you can't please all of the people all of the time and i'm sure many will not be pleased.
