P5nsli Can't install OS X

Hi, i'm trying to install OS X 10.4.8 jass in this pc.

 

Pc:

MOBO Asus P5nsli:

Nforce 570i sli

Ad1986a audio

Marvel Yukon lan

1 gb ram

WD Sata 2 250gb

VTB master

Viewsonic VA1703

XFX 7300gt silent

 

The problems is that when i boot with jass dvd the installer starts but with no mouse and keyboard working. trying to fix it y bought and genius usb mouse, and it worked. but keyboard still not working, and when i get in disk utiliy my sata hard drives obviusly doesn't appears.

i tried installing via vmware and if i use it like a virtual machine in xp it workes fine, but when i tried the native install via vmware again it doesnt work,

 

Please i need help because it is not for me, is for a client that want mac osx in her pc,..

 

its a good start for get Mac Os X popular in ordinary PC. of comun people.
