solaar
About CS3 on a quad. I'm still stress testing AE on my rig (see specs in the sig). I'm having some performance problems which I'm discussing in the hardware forum. If you're interested stay tuned. I would give vdmx a shot but it looks a bit daunting coming from after effects and premiere. Anyway, where would I get hi-res footage from? I don't have an HD camcorder (yet). MIDI is no prob, as a musician I'm familiar with it. Quartz composer, isn't that a development tool? Could you somehow provide a project folder with all the elements needed? Then somebody who doesn't even know the app could just load the project file into vdmx and do the tricks as per your instructions. That said, I don't know if you will easily find somebody who knows the app well enough to stress test it in a way that helps you make a decision. Good luck Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65884-help-quad-core-live-video-workstation/#findComment-471390 Share on other sites
