trouble with USB and Wlan

Hi,

i have JaS 10.4.7 installed, but now i have got trouble with usb and shutdown.

First:

 

I can not Shut Down. I Only the the blue shutdown screen but the pc does not shut down.

 

Then:

 

I have got troube with wireless Lan. / USB

 

I am using Hama 00062792 wireless usb stick. with Wireless Utility.(Hama and Belkin are using the same utility)

All is working but when i start my pc the utility saies, that the device is not connected, if i remove it and plug it in a second time all works fine.

But the PC is for my sister so i want to make all easy, as well.

 

Has anyone a idea ? I already installed the USB 2.0 fix
